About this property

superb villa with parking and caretaker on site.

  • furnished villa of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 3 wcs, in a quiet, attractive, near the city center with caretaker at your disposal.
    On site the manager of the villa will bring you all the necessary information during your stay. A contract is to read and sign.
    Rent: 50 euros per night with charges included, deposit: 155 euros (refundable) at the end of the stay and a cleaning fee of 31 euros are deducted directly on the deposit for the cleanliness of the villa after your stay.
