"Nice property, nice welcome, a little far out of town if you don't have a car, some repairs required to a. front door, b. amenities cabinet, c. Handles to vanity in bathroom rusting, d. TN only had 2 channels - Is this normal for Yass? e. One of the car spaces where ground drops off is difficult to access and alight from the vehicle, f. Room 13 had one of the black seats with a broken back, g. There seemed to be no tea towel, detergent or wash cloth to clean up the dishes. We have stayed there 3...

"Arrived late and received a courtesy call from staff advising of parking options and entry instructions which were easy and efficient. Easy stroll to restaurants and supermarket for dinner and snacks. Pool looked so inviting, sad we didn’t bring our togs. Room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. We were just passing through, a shame we couldn’t stay. "
