"It was okay. Not like your usual Holiday Inn. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived, and 2 other people waiting, because they needed towels. It took the guy 5 times, before he gave me a key to open a door to a room. I had to go down three times to the front desk, then the front desk guy had to go up 2x while I waited in the hall, until he final for a key to ooen a door. The guy gave me a suite for my troubles. The next morning the breakfast lady was very nice and the food was good."

"Restaurant and parking poor, feel a little ripped off"

"We have always stayed at this hotel when traveling. We experienced an issue with our room (328) during our stay Easter weekend. WE also experienced same issue in September 2025 when we travelled here for brother funeral. The room is always clean but yet it smells VERY dusty. The room we had in April 2026 was on the top (3rd floor) like it was in September 2025. The dusty smell affected eyes, throat and I broke out with a rash. We spoke with front desk each visit and during visit in September was moved to a new room about 2 doors down from original room. They also checked ac filter and sprayed filter; however same issue. Clean room, but dusty smell. It has bothered me since speaking with the manger during our Easter weekend stay since I like to solve a problem and not mask or ignore it. So here is what I believe is issue with the rooms we had stayed in on the top floor. I am sharing this since people who have kids or babies may stay there. This hotel is not that old and fairly new. When a hotel foundation is laid(concrete), this suppose to cure before building. I believe the problem stems from drainwater on the roof seeping in cracked foundation of the walls of hotel which has gotten into the walls of the hotel and set up mold in the rooms and ducts thus producing that dusty smell we have experienced during our past 2 visits. Although manager claimed she didn't know of such an issue, I would beg to differ if they read their reviews. Stay at your own risk!!!"
