Room was worn down and there was no remote to the tv. We called for a remote and extra towels three times and they never brought it. I enjoy the casino floor and the bars, but I will not stay again. Location is excellent though.

The hotel itself is great. The only thing that I didn’t enjoy was the smoking in the casino in the main lobby. You can’t enjoy a meal at the restaurant because the smoking is so bad. You have to walk through the smoke every time you come and go. As someone who personally doesn’t like smoking, it would be nice if there was a special area designated for smoking, as opposed to the main lobby.

The first room we were given smelled like smoke. The second room was an upgrade with two adjoining rooms but only had A/C in one room which made it really hot. No buffet breakfast because of corona but the replacement was pretty bad.
