"Parking was ok but they charged you to park in the hotel parking lot which is insane. You already paid to stay there why should you have to pay to park where you stay? Not to mention the sign for the hotel was not easily seen"

I immediately told him there was no way I could walk up three flights of stairs and he immediately changed us to a ground floor room without blinking and I Room: no pillowcases, hand towels washcloths, no coffee supplies.
