"Clean room and view was awesome. Staff was courteous and professional. The only drawbacks is the hotel took a half hour to get to on the airport shuttle and 22:30 at night as there last hotel shuttle was at 22:10. Also the hotel is near nothing when it comes to any food or shopping as it is way out past long term parking with literally nothing around it. Also no atm machine to be able to use the coin operated laundry machines. That was one reason we picked the hotel. A few adjustments in that area would have given 5 stars."

Grand Hyatt Incheon

"My mother and I stayed at Grand Hyatt Incheon for our last night in Korea before flying home the following day. We have a lovely stay and the staff were exceptional with high level of care to the guests. We had the most delicious room-service dinner and the room was very comfortable and spacious with a few of the planes landing and taking off. Last but not least, the free airport shuttle service was exceptional and so convenient. We would highly recommend staying here especially if you have an early flight the following day. Definitely will stay here again when I next visit Korea!"
