I really liked staying here - and I was there for 2 full weeks. It's well maintained and the staff is very helpful. It is located 5 mins from Line 2 which was super convenient and there are many good stores/restaurants in the area. I had the breakfast add-on which I enjoyed; the options are a bit limited so it would be nice to get a bit of variety but overall it was a good experience!

The hotel is clean, staff are helpful and is well located in the city being in proximity to many restaurants and tourist areas. That said, the property is older, with apparent wear throughout starting with the hallway carpets that have ridges to the point of making them a trip hazard. Room amenities are consistent with a three star hotel (single ply toilet paper, paper cups, and so forth). I would go back, but this hotel is not deserving of a four star rating.
