Amazing stay , amazing location

Our stay was great, location is just superb, the center of Yerevan offers a lot of convenience whether you want to grocery shop or enjoy delicious multicultural food at the restaurants. The house was huge, great accommodations and very pleasant host!

Spacious Apartment Great Location

Perfect for families or large groups. We stayed for 10 nights with my family, 3 adults and 3 kids (15, 12, 10). The balcony is amazing in the mornings and evenings. The apartment is very large to easily accommodate a family. Checkin was very easy with a key lockbox as we arrived at 3 AM as do most flights into Yerevan. The neighbors were very friendly. It is a quite apartment walking distance to anywhere in Kentron. Easy walk to supermarkets, and restaurants. The dishwasher and laundry were essential given our long stay. My family loved staying here!

Communication good

A/C needs improvement. Only two rooms upstairs has A/C and only one unit downstairs in kitchen which hardly cool down the living room , had to put a fan Very hot. Also no elevator
