  • This region is the newest and biggest in the center of Yerevan ( just 7 minutes walk) , which has the biggest pool and gym in our city! There are a lot of trees and green zones near the buildings, pkaces for childrens’ plays. Also just under the buildings there are food courts, pharmacies and food markets which make your stay more comfortable! You can walk easily to the Republic Square and to tge center of Yerevan. Yerevan Mall is just1 km away from the building, so you can walk in 10 minutes! In the flat there is everything for your comfort! Heating system, air conditioning, iron, washing machine, refregerator, cocker, tv and even black out curtains! The appartment has open air balcony where one can smoke or have a coffee enjoying beautiful park and gardens!
