It's a very convenient hotel if you are passing through. Pepe at front desk was great and very helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

We booked 2 rooms with balconies and valley views but were given rooms at the back with views of the car park and only 1 with a balcony. When we complained we were told all rooms with balconies and valley views had been allocated to a large group arriving the next day. We showed reception the Expedia printed confirmation of rooms with balconies and valley views but they did not care.

Calidad precio perfeto

Hemos estado dos noches genial, calidad precio bastante bien, solo íbamos con alojamiento pero el restaurante está en el mismo centro, por cierto, buenos precios y los camareros muy bien personas y muy buenos profesionales.

Aire acondicionado estaba fijo no se movía el spli, ni la temperatura, servicio de habitaciones si llegaban y estabas en la habitación ya lo pasaban, no se nos han cambiado las toallas en tres días, y como consejo pondría u espejo en la habitación para verte de cuerpo o medio cuerpo

No me gusta nada que me cobren la estancia según me estoy registrando. Ni siquiera he visto la habitación que me han otorgado y ya tengo que abonarla. Y si no me gusta? Los ruidos durante la noche son otro motivo por el que no volvería a ese hote.

En líneas generales me gusto el trato la limpieza etc pero he he en falta que para desayunar o tomar algo te tienes que salir fuera porque no funciona el restaurante cafetería al menos durante mi estancia y otra cosa es la falta de mandos electrónicos para el parkin del hotel que por falta de ellos tuve que dejar el coche fuera teniendo plaza para poder aparcar porque no había mandos suficientes y no Hera plan que cada vez que quería coger el coche tuviera que salir el recepcionista a abrirme y si venía a altas horas de la noche a quien se lo decía si ya no hay nadie en recepción por lo demás si volvería pues la zona me ha gustado mucho
