"Great boutique hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv, old port district. We spent four days the rooms are great, but best of all are the staff- friendly, helpful, and going out of their way to make your stay in Tel Aviv a great one! "
"Absolutely amazing property! The breakfast was delicious and the staff were delightful. Also fantastic location right near the beach. Highly recommend and will be coming back! "
"I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanness , warm hostess , convienience , location n etc . During the time of war , their stuff did their best to make every guest feel home n comfortable ! The breakfast is amazing , their service is beyond . Definitely will come back ! "
"I didnt realize the hotel was not kosher. It was not for me. They were accommodating and helped refund part of my stay. The air-conditioning worked well. Yet the rooms were small and nmorw importantly clean. The location is pretty convenient. I my only recommendation is to add somewhere on the description its not kosher. "

"The hotel’s description promised a "comforting indulgence," but unfortunately, my experience didn’t align with these expectations. On the night of the 3rd of September, a loud screeching noise from the air-conditioning unit kept me awake, which was particularly disappointing after already changing rooms due to similar issues.
Additionally, I noticed mold in the bathroom, a persistent leak outside the room, and neither room I stayed in had a bath plug, making the bath unusable. These issues detracted from the comfort that was advertised.
The most distressing incident occurred when I accidentally got locked in the bathroom during the night, without my phone, and had to wait about 10 minutes to free myself. At checkout, the staff kindly asked if I had been contacted about another room change following my complaint to Expedia, but no one had reached out to me. Given the short duration of my stay, it wouldn’t have been worth moving rooms again.
While the staff were friendly and tried to assist, my stay was far from the "comforting indulgence" described. I kindly request compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort I experienced.
Please note that I have photo evidence of the issues mentioned and can provide them if needed."
