"We recently stayed here while visiting our son and daughter-in-law in Katy. I'm not sure why the reviews were so low. The hotel is immaculately clean. The front desk was extremely kind and efficient in getting us checked in and making sure we had the rooms we wanted. We were traveling with another party so she put the rooms right next to each other, which was so nice of her. I got a price for one bedroom with two queen beds for $114 from Hotels.com. The hotel could only offer $120 with tax. I would definitely stay here again. The parking lot is very bright and well lit to prevent break-ins. My only negative is that they charge $14 for breakfast. Breakfast should be included with your stay at Holiday Inn and similar hotels in my opinion."

"Great little tiny home, neat, clean and filled with useful amenities not found in regular hotels. The environment was peaceful and quiet (except for the AC compressor unit) with no traffic noise."

"It was very cozy and clean. The staff very respectful and helped with any questions.It's a big plus when the room has a kitchen with its own utensils. However, we stayed for a short period of time; we didn't use it, but we were very happy to have everything at hand. I think the breakfast was very filling and helped a lot of people because it would have taken a long time to prepare all this or stand in line to buy it. We really liked it.Thank you very much.
