"Our biggest issues were with the hotel bed (fairly uncomfortable), pillows (small and thin) and the shower water pressure (not the worse I've experienced but far from good). For the positive, the staff were pleasant and the overall property seemed to be well taken care of."

"Staff was very friendly , room was clean but the bed was terrible, very hard, super firm. Had it been refundable and I wasn't so tired I would have left. I barely slept and my whole body hurt the next morning. "
