Our rating: 4.5/5. Staff are helpful and incredibly friendly. Expect to exchange ‘selamat pagi’ etc with everyone! Rooms and facilities are all modern and very clean. Bonus was how they generously two bottled waters on the coffee tray/desk each day. The breakfast had so many options such as hot meals, veggies, proteins, rices, soups, teas, bakery items and a nice taro pudding. We enjoyed our stay here as a father/daughter pair. When dad lost his water bottle at an external restaurant they proactively assisted and made phone calls and organised its return. The female staff’s name was Salsa. We encountered minor confusions only at check-in (they said we had a double bed room but quickly assigned the correct one after showing booking confirmation) and trying to ask the breakfast staff if entry was included ‘free’ or we needed to pay afterwards. These did not result in any problems for us though. Our room was on the 7th floor and was nice and quiet despite others having said the street noise from motorbikes at night isn’t fully blocked.

I really loved the interior design, it was super clean. All staff was polite, friendly and super helpful. Also the breakfast was really good. I would recommend this hotel to my friends!

全体的にとても綺麗で清潔感があり、スタッフの方々も素敵な笑顔で、室内もとても綺麗でした。シャワー水量も温水も全く問題なく、wifi速度もバッチリです。レストランで夕食を頂いたのですが、種類も豊富で生野菜もフレッシュで美味しかったです。 次回も宿泊したい素敵なホテルです。
