"We had a wonderful stay at our hotel in Kinosaki Onsen! The staff were incredibly nice, polite, and friendly—they spoke English very well, which made everything smooth and comfortable. The food was superb, especially the dinner, which featured a beautifully prepared 9-course meal showcasing local ingredients and flavors. The entire experience felt authentic and relaxing. "If I can give it six stars I will .It is elegant, staffs were courteous, hot spring area is outstanding! Dinner is like Michelin stars restaurant. Breakfast buffet is also outstanding. We’ll definitely come back again."

"Love the size is the hotel, not too big, not too small. Food was great and the hotel was clean with very friendly staff! It made for a real relaxing stay."

"Unfortunately there was only green tea and no coffee in the rooms, however, the chef sells coffee during breakfast for 100 yen which was nice to have. "

"The hotel has been recently rebranded and is undergoing extensive renovations. The bits they've finished, like the rooms and the dining room, are new and shiny. The room itself was comfortable. It's close to the town, which has good izakaya and other options if you're not on a meal plan. There is also a Lawson close-by. On weekdays especially the hotel is an active construction site inside and out. It probably isn't what the workers want, to have to share a construction site with guests. It also felt a bit odd as a guest e.g. the workers congregate/socialise/smoke in a space inside the hotel entrance. I realise they are trying hard to improve the hotel, and the hotel staff were courteous and helpful at all times. The state of construction is reflected in the price, which is cheaper than nearby options. I read about the construction in advance from Japanese language reviews on other sites, so it wasn't a complete surprise."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel personnel was more than helpful. We had a minor medical situation and they went out of their way to help us find medical attention. This was more complicated because many clinics were closed due to a holiday but they made many phone calls and found a solution for us. We are very grateful for their diligence. The hotel itself is very new and the decor is quite modern. Everything was clean and in perfect condition."
