Staff very accommodating. It was a great location to get to a main train station and go explore other areas of Tokyo easily. I liked that it wasn’t in the busy touristy areas too. Nice, clean and modern. Decent room size for Japan too.

Hotel Otani is beautiful. I do wish we spent a few more days here. The staff was helpful and amenities were plentiful. It's perfectly located within walking distance of places to eat and public transport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back again!

Staff was absolutely amazing. We decided after the first night to upgrade to one of the Godzilla rooms which was a little more spacious. The deep soaker bathtub was amazing! The only thing we missed out on was going outside to see the Godzilla head since it was closed for restoration.
