The room was big for Tokyo. It didn’t feel cramped at all. Most transportation or sightseeing places are within a 10-15 min walk. I would stay here again just for the view of the bay.

Great view from the restaurant on the 19th floor. Hotel was about 15 minutes walk to Yokohama station & 10 minutes from other attractions. The room was larger than expected with good amenities. Breakfast had a great selection as well, also close to supermarket if you needed anything additional.

What a beautiful hotel and what a view on the bay side. Located in an easily accessible spot. The walk to the train station is a bit further that I had hoped. But easy walk to the Ferris wheel and the waterfront. Yokohama is amazing! I only wish there were a few more traditional western breakfast items at the included breakfast buffet.

Overall this hotel was great. It was very clean and the staff, the 3 interactions had with them, were very very pleasant. The only thing that would have been better is if it were a bit closer to the Landmark/Cosmo World area. But the walk was not bad at all. It does have a 7-11 at the entrance of the hotel so that was very convenient. All in all aside from the walking distance (10/15mins) to the area we wanted to see, it was a great hotel.

Great area. Short walk to Rinko Park and water's edge. Ten minute walk to World Porters shopping mall, Cup Noodle Museum and ferris wheel. Convenient 7-11 on ground floor and large grocery store on second floor. Forget something? Free tea, bath salts, Q-tips, combs and more on 20 the floor near check in desk. Rooms spotless and spacious. And toilets and shower room were magnificent! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Train station (Yokohama Station) a 20 minute walk or 800 yen cab ride away.
