This hotel is amazing, above and beyond what I expected. The staff very attentive, breakfast was excellent, room was extremely clean, spacious, with plenty of amenities. The mall, market, restaurants, and train stations within walking distance. You cannot go wrong with this hotel!

The hotel was absolutely stunning, I was staying on the top floor and the view outside was amazing. The rooms were very clean and the staff were so kind and considerate highly recommend staying here if you get an opportunity.

Great hotel, which is perfectly located for trains, buses, restaurants and huge shopping mall (Lazona). Used the laundry facility which we very useful. The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous and made my stay pleasant in every way. I would definitely recommend.

The staff was amazing! The room was excellent, the location is perfect from the train station that connects you to pretty much anywhere in the Tokyo/Yokohama area. I cant say enough about how great this place was to stay in. Strongly recommend it!

Laundry room was clean and convenient as you can see washing machine availability on the room TV. Location is very convenient within walking distance from the JR station. Room is very clean, staff very nice. The only thing is there is no coffeemaker in the room. Maybe coffeemaker in the room is just the norm in North America but not in Asia.

We booked the Twin Deluxe room. The size was spacious for Japanese standards. We appreciated having the built-in seating and coffee table. The bathroom was also great. We were able to adjust the temperature to our comfort. The beds were also quite comfortable. We used the washer room and found the whole set up very well done with a microwave, sink, and an ice machine. The location is fantastic. It's just 2 min away from JR Kawasaki line (maybe another minute or so to Keikyu Kawasaki line). It took no time at all to get to Tokyo station or to Yokohama station. There are two conveniences stores about 1 minute away in the Muza complex, and lots of restaurants (including chain restaurants that are open for breakfast) just 5 min away. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We also used the laundry facilities which was well maintained and quite a relief for us when we have been traveling in summer. The hotel is very close to the train stations. If one needs a convenient place to stay prior to catching a flight, this hotel is for sure a good choice.
