Staff was always excellent! Location was close to many things for tourists and convenience. Was on a busier main street so access to many things. Location was newer and was the only location of the 4 MyStays I have stayed at that have 3 pronged outlets on the desktop for US plugs. Also the only larger room that had an armchair by the window.

I had the double twin room so my space felt a but more spacious. Everything was clean and easy to use. Staff was very polite and helpful for any questions I had. Good spot to get to Chinatown and walking around the area there was lots of explore and eat. The subway was right across the street, especially the exit that had the elevator to go up/down if you have luggages. The subway connects to JR line, just follow the arrows.

From the time I arrived until the time I sadly departed the service, support and atmosphere at MyStay was fantastic. From the front desk reception, the housekeeper staff, buffet breakfast every day was special.
