Good location, very close to train station and some attractions in Yokahoma. For the price point I would have expected a bit more from the properties amenities and size of the room. Staff were helpful for checking in and out.

Great location right next to the station. Easy walking distance to see some interesting Yokohama sights, lots of places to eat nearby. Rooms were on the slightly small side with lack of places to put clothes but overall a nice room

Hotel in convenient location

Great location- across the street from a JR station and close walk to the harbor area, Cup Noodle Museum and Mall. Has a Starbucks and 2 restaurants on property not to mention the cool train. Rooms are a bit small but it is the norm in Japan. Very clean and would stay again!

Probably the best hotel I stayed at overall. Very close to the station, I mean really close. There’s a convenience store in the lobby. The area across the street has a night life. There’s also a Daiso/drug store/ market also across the street. Onigiri for 79y and it’s as good as 7-11 or Lawson or FM. I would definitely stay here again. The laundry room has four machines, and you can check the status of the machines on the tv. The staff is very nice and helpful. The one weird thing is the hotel lobby is on the third floor, not an issue; just weird.

Definitely a repeat stay

Love that it’s close to the train station and easy access. Great location with restaurants and shopping. Really enjoyed the tub with the Onsen powders that they offer at the lobby.

The room was lovely with a nice big tub perfect for soaking after a long day of exploring. They provide a lot of amenities including various face masks and bath salts. They were many convenient things like being able to see the time left on the washer/dryer from your room TV, as well as the coffee machine, the microwave and a grocery store connected to the hotel. it was conveniently located near the subway and train station. There were many restaurants and shops nearby as well as access to the gondolas. The staff was nice and helpful and everything was clean. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I always stay in this hotel when I come back from the US. The room is cozy enough for 2ppl with 2 big luggages. The location is just in front of the station where we can go to Tokyo or Hakone by trains with no complicated transits. Highly recommend the hotel for those who visits in Yokohama or Tokyo.

This hotel is situated right next to Sakuragicho station, Yokohama. It is also closed to Yokohama cruise terminal. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back to stay.

I think the location and ambiance of this hotel is perfect. All necessary amenities are provided. I love the little massage appliance in the room. The room is very clean and the minimalistic daily room cleaning is user and environmental friendly. Very good value for price. It would be nice if there’s a convenient store nearby though.
