When we arrived the front desk greeted us warmly. They confirmed our Glamping reservation and kindly showed us about the property, including the baths and relaxation room. The glamp trailer/building was cozy. It had all we needed and a view. We only stayed the one night but it was a nice getaway. For travel, it was a little off the beaten path but we did it, with luggage. I would recommend the location.

Great seaside resort. Spacious room, good view of the ocean. The private baths were simply divine, perfect way to relax and unwind. Complimentary beer/water/snacks in the room, ice cream after your private bath. The staff were great even with the language barrier they made sure you understood where your room was and where things are on a map. There is parking in front of the hotel but we arrived via taxi, approximately a 5000 yen fare from the Coaska Bayside Stores depending on time of day.

1階のお部屋からは海がほとんど見えないので、海の見えるお部屋が希望の場合は2階か3階のお部屋がいいと思います。 ただ、ラウンジやレストランからの眺めは最高でした。 どの場所も清掃が行き届いて清潔感があって良かったです。 夕方の軽食サービスや夜食の夜鳴きそばなど気の利いたサービスもあり満足感が高かったです。

お風呂がホテルとは別棟にあって驚きましたがラビスタならではのアイスキャンデーサービス、乳酸菌飲料サービス、岩盤浴、マッサージチェアに魅力を感じ何回かいきました。 食事は夜、朝とも大満足でのんびりできました。観光資源として乏しいからか、東京から近いからか、珍しく外国人が少なかったです。 夕飯は遅い方の回だったので食べ終わってすぐに夜鳴きそばでしたが、高校生の息子は喜んで食べていました。 チェックアウトの日が私の誕生日だったのでそれを伝えていたらデザートプレートにハッピーバースデーと書いてくれて、プチギフトもいただき、なんだかとても心を配ってくださった印象を受けとても嬉しかったです。家族写真もとってもらいよい思い出になりました。

みずまわりとソファーの古さが目立つ、ソファーの座り心地の悪さが異常。 エアコンの掃除が出来ていないのか部屋が少し臭う。カビ臭い。 スタッフは親切丁寧フレンドリー。 必要な情報を完全に伝え切れていないところもある。 サービスのビール◎ プール、大浴場、朝食ビュッフェの種類が豊富でチェックアウト前には時間がなく、ショップにて買い物をしなかった。 もっとお金を落とす動線が組めるはずなのでちょっと勿体無い気がする。 夕飯は美味しかったが、ファミリー向けの宿にコース料理は求めないので朝と同じビュッフェスタイルにして17時半ー21時半の通し営業にして欲しいと思った。

まず、ホテル自体はとても良く素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。ホテルスタッフも対応が良かったと思います。 しかしながらとても残念な事が1点。 グランピングでのBBQを楽しみに予約しましたが、チェックイン時にBBQが付いてない事が発覚。宿泊時は、旅行を残念にしたくなかっため仕方ないと諦めましたが帰宅後にエクスペディア上の予約詳細や別日での予約画面を確認しサポートにもしました。 すると、グランピング予約画面にBBQの写真があり、あたかもBBQができるよう誤認させる・夕食有無などの詳細の記載なしにも関わらず、グランピングに関しては、夕食なしのプランしか掲載がないとのことでした。 グランピングでBBQができない、そんな馬鹿なことがあるでしょうか？ ホテルの感じが良かっただけに、とても残念でした。家族旅行が台無しです。 エクスペディアが悪いのか、掲載してもらっている共立リゾートが悪いのかわかりませんが最悪です。 ただし、スタッフの対応はよかったしロケーションも良かったので、予約される際は要注意です。

駅からホテルへ利用したタクシーに忘れ物をしましたが、フロントの方に適切に対応でタクシー会社に連絡を取って頂き、無事手元に戻って来ました。 一点だけ改善を依頼したいのは夕食時間の受付などの手続き開始が13時30分からですが、駅からの送迎バスが14時00分からとなっている事です。手続き開始時間を繰り下げるのは難しいと思うので、送迎バスの時間13時00分を追加頂けると助かります。

ハードもよく考えられているが、それ以上にホテルのコンセプトが一貫してユーザの快適さにあることが、ソフト面（接遇、食事や風呂などの運用）から伝わってきます。 三十年前から親しんでいた京急ホテル時代の良さを残してくださったいるフロントやレストランも、とてもうれしいです。

ホテルのコンセプトも設備のとてもよかったです。けれども、いちばんよかったのは、運用とスタッフ人材でした。みなさんが溌剌とお仕事をされていて、利用している人たちが、皆楽しめていることで、ホテルの雰囲気がとてもよかったです。お客さんを信頼して、運用をまかせてくれているのも、とてもよかったです。

カードキーじゃないとか古い感じはあるが、不便ではない。大浴場は広々していて温度別の湯があり、ミストサウナ、露天風呂もあるが、余計なものは一切なく、ある意味良いと思う。 景色ば全室オーシャンビューで朝カーテンを開けるのが楽しみです。ホテル周辺に何もないので、ホテル内でなにかちょっととかあるものがあると良い。
