The staff was very friendly and helped me check in when the kiosk wouldn’t let me check in. The breakfast was buffet style and had lots of options and was good. The bed was harder than I anticipated, but after a long day of traveling, it didn’t matter since I feel asleep quickly.

I had upgraded shower and hair dryer which were really great. The room is very small so not for long term stay but good service with free Japanese style breakfast.

提携駐車場が遠い上、行ったら満車だった。 周辺の駐車場を自身で探す羽目になったが、ホテルに支払う駐車料金より安かったのは幸いしたが、提携駐車場が遠いのにホテル敷地の駐車料金と同じは納得行かないし、案内されて行ったら満車ってなに？ 幹事として全部屋の宿泊費を支払おうとしたら、揃ってない人の部屋は来てから支払いとか言われた。 そう言う決まりになってるといっていたが、先に払うのが無理な理由が分からない！ そんなシステムを客に押し付けて、ホテルらしいカスタマーサービスを感じられない 。 他のホテルでこんな体験無かったから、東横INNは利用したくないと心底思った。

久しぶりに東横に宿泊したが、自動チェックインになっていましたが、確認のため名前をアルファベットで入力したり、郵便番号、住所の入力をしなければなりません。 ホテル側はフロントの人員削減はできるでしょうが、宿泊客は手書きが端末にm入力になっただけで、あまりメリットがないような気がします。 固有のQRコードを宿泊客ごとに送付し、チェックインは入力はなしにして、QRをスキャンするだけとか、客にもメリットのある改善ができないかと感じました。
