如果只是要找個地方過夜，是蠻划算的選擇。從新橫濱站步行五分鐘可以到，周邊環境還算方便。但停車位不夠，沒停到飯店車位的話，只能停附近的Times，雖然飯店會給抵用券，但每晚還是要2200圓。
