スタッフの方はとても親切で、快く迎えていただきました。ただ、建物内のコンビニは早くに閉まってしまうため、最寄りのコンビニまでは約10分、暗闇のなかを歩く必要があります。何より、シャワーカーテンがかなり臭い、蛇口のキャップが取れている、シャワーヘッドホルダーが取れたままになっているなど、全体的にメンテナンスがあまりされておらず、不潔な印象を受けました。

部屋から海が見える風な案内だったが、森しか見えなかった。また、水回りが黒ずんでいるところも多く、基本的な雰囲気も昔ながらのホテルという感じだった。細かいところにホコリも溜まっていて、まあこんなものかと。周りに何も無く、食事もホテル内で食べると基本的に高くつき、シーパラからただ戻って寝るだけといったところでした。朝食も2200円取られる割にこんなものかと。他に選択肢がなかったので。荷物を早めに預かってくれたり、スタッフさんが笑顔で対応してくれたりは良かったと思います。

客室は、掛け布団が薄手で、12月としては寒く感じました。枕元のライトが壊れていて、つきませんでした。周りに高い建物がないので、眺めは悪くなかったです。ドライヤーは動かせないタイプです。朝食は品数は多くないです。レストランスタッフは外国の方が多いですが、親切な方が多かったです。

お部屋は広くてベッドも大きくて子連れには良かったです。シーパラダイスもすごく近くて、イオン？のようなスーパーも近くにあるのでちょうどいい場所でした。朝食もバイキングが普通に美味しかったです。ですが、シャワーのホースが取れてしまったり、ドライヤーのカバー？が取れたらと劣化が見られました。スタップさんはすぐに対応を考えてくださり、お部屋移動の提案もありましたが、夜遅くなっていたので遠慮しました。ベッドのかけるものが薄いものが1枚だったので肌寒かったです。でも、良いところでした。
