"The hotel is being managed with an iron fist. You are constantly told how to behave, including how to sit in the breakfast room chairs. We had severe bizarre interactions with the hotel staff, which can be attributed to cultural differences… We were awakened on our second night at 11:20pm by a telephone ring. The front desk appeared to have dialed by mistake and he sounded apologetic. "

"Even though there are signs to not wear shoes in the room, the carpet was extremely dirty and should have been deep cleaned or replaced entirely.
