Requests were followed up within 5 minutes (incl. a blocked drainage we experienced initially, which was promptly resolved). Our room had a fantastic view of Seoul (which we're very thankful for). As a note, only some rooms have toilet seat bidets so best to be sure you're booked the right room type (if bidet is a preference)."
