"The bed was comfy and the tv options were great. A nice spot to relax for the night after a long drive. "

"There was no staff. We tried calling from 5-6 with no answer because we had a question about our room. Arrived at 9 for check in and they don’t staff the desk that late so we had to check in via computer which is not very personable for the hospitality industry. The bed frame was rickety metal and was loud every time we moved. The bathroom fan sounded like a plane taking off. Both my showers were cold. There was no hand soap so I had to use shower gel at the sink. Overall it was a terrible experience and I won’t be returning and will be suggesting to friends and family to avoid the hotel at all costs. "

"One of the gentlemen at the front desk was very arrogant unfriendly unpleasant he act like I was a chip on his shoulder and he was trying to knock it off very disrespectful"

"Host is wonderful. We had 12 people ages 2-66. Only 15 min from Round Top. But that is not the highlight. The home is beautiful and much bigger than it appears. The bedrooms are very spacious. The bathrooms beautiful! There are two separate living room areas and all rooms have TV. Home is WELL stocked with everything and then more! If you forget anything Walmart who delivers or you can place order and pick up or just go and shop is 15 down the road and Giant I think 5 min. It was the perfect place for all ages. We all enjoyed the game room and hot tub. We will book again and can not thank our host with the most so much for a fabulous family snow globe getaway. Highly recommended!! "
