"We stayed in the room overlooking the courtyard, the woman that checked us in had a great disposition and was very friendly but what cemented my loyalty to this particular hotel was they didn't charge me in early check-in fee that went a long way in regards to my loyalty to certain hotels. I travel quite a lot to Lancaster this will be my forever home July retire from my job! To all the staff thank you for making me feel at home we'll see you soon. Keith Durkee. "We stayed nearly a week. The housekeeping staff was prompt and came every day. We've been at other places lately where that has been an issue. Breakfast had hot options. The lobby was nice. It was a very quiet hotel and lots of restaurants, stores and other helpful businesses in the area."
