"The staff on this location was good but the building looks like is under renovation., • first the room has a smell like old place, the bed has a blood stain on the sheets the tv doesn’t work at all and was no breakfast just coffee juice and muffins that all and the bed was so hard we barely slept… sorry about my review but at least is honest."

"did not eat there however the chairs in the dining area and lobby are in horrid condition!!!! the red vinyl fabric is worn through and definately need to be replaced. the bed in our room was too tall. Need a step stool to get in - it looked like two box springs where stacked, plus the mattress on top. I'm 5'2" and ended up sleeping on the couch and my husband who is 5'8" ended up sleeping on the floor."

"My room wasn't cleaned the first 5 days of my stay even though I asked Lizzie to have it cleaned once. Upon my room finally being cleaned, on the the 6th day of my 7 day stay, things went missing from my room and I had to file a police report for over 2 dozen missing credit cards. I advised the front desk of my missing items, they advised me that management is not in until 9am, it is now 1230pm and no one has reached out from the property. This was by far the worst stay I have had anywhere even before my property went missing. "

"Front desk was so friendly upon check in, the room was clean and the AC was so cold! We enjoyed the arcade as we roamed the hallways and the pool was perfect. My only complaint was the smell in the elevator…off-putting at 6 in the morning. "
