"Front desk was so friendly upon check in, the room was clean and the AC was so cold! We enjoyed the arcade as we roamed the hallways and the pool was perfect. My only complaint was the smell in the elevator…off-putting at 6 in the morning. "

"Terrible experience. Front desk guy hung up in my face when asked for more towels and yelled at me and told me I couldn’t have any more towels. So The pool was out of commission so we had to drive 10 minutes each time to another hotel just so my kids could use the pool. Huge yellow stains all over the ceilings in the room. Dirty carpets and couches. Bathroom door was so sticky and dirty. There was stains and blood on a pillow case cover. Mold on the bagels at breakfast and everything was cold and gross. "

"The staff were amazing and the property and the rooms were super clean. We will defiantly be going back."

"Good place to stay for one night. Smaller than typical hotel rooms but has everything you need and comfortable bed. My only complaints are the shower leaked onto the floor, the breakfast buffet was poor and the reception desk could not give us change to be able to tip the staff when we left. We ran into this at another hotel we stayed at recently. I realize everyone now uses credit cards so I guess we now have to put it on the credit card. However who is going to take the time to do that when they are quickly checking out OR they don't want us to tip the cleaning staff anymore????"

"The room was not clean, did not smell great, and the furniture was pretty beat up. Pictures on walls were askew, not all the lights worked, fan in the bathroom never stopped running, and the TV cut out intermittently. Room keys took many tries for entry. On the plus side, check in was easy and the staff was pleasent. Breakfast looked adequate but we did not partake."

"WiFi only worked in the lobby not in the rooms. Water in shower when from cold to scalding hot no in between."

"Stopped in quickly to the breakfast area for coffee and pastries before having to leave. The former was good, the latter somewhat stale and not very tasty. The other breakfast offerings appeared fairly mediocre. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, environmental controls functioned well. Evening staff was very friendly, did not interact with the morning staff. Overall the hotel was ok, no elevator which was ok because we had only a few small items to bring in but would clearly be a challenge for others."
