Private and peaceful oasis river cottage just steps away from the York River (a tidal river leading to the Atlantic Ocean) and minutes to Kittery Outlets, York beaches and nature trails. You will have direct access to the York River. This cottage invites you to connect with nature and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing and fun-filled vacation in Maine. Relax on your private deck, or go kayaking or paddle boarding on the York River. Maybe you just want to do a little yoga on the dock or take an afternoon nap in one of the hammocks overlooking the river. If you'd like to do a little birdwatching, be on the lookout for a blue heron, a hawk or even a bald eagle. Everything is here at this lovely new cottage to experience your memorable vacation for years to come!

Fantastic location, space and host
The space and location were perfect. Having river access with the use of kayaks and paddle boards made it a true vacation. The hosts Terry and Cindy good not have been more sweet and accommodating. We will definitely be back. It felt like a little slice of heaven in the country on the river with all that the busy seacoast area has to offer.
