Yosemite's Creekside Birdhouse

The cabin has an open, extra-large loft with a Cal-King bed, a full bed with twin trundle, and a twin bed with twin trundle. All beds are high-quality memory foam for a comfortable night's sleep. The loft has a 32' LCD TV with Roku for evening movie watching. There is Wi-Fi access to keep everyone connected. The living room has a large sectional, perfect for watching movies on the 55 3D LED smart TV. With a 3D Blu-ray player, Netflix, and a collection of DVDs, there is plenty to fill your evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. Fresh coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and some spices are provided for your stay. The dining room table is large and perfect for family gatherings. On cold winter evenings, snuggle up by the fire in the wood-burning stove. The home sits on a creek; fall asleep listening to the sound of the water trickling by. Have a family BBQ outside on the large deck and enjoy a fun game of horseshoes. There is a large enclosed yard, perfect for your family dog. Pet fees $50 per day. A car charger as well. This one-of-a-kind cabin is one the whole family will love.

Great pet friendly get away

Overall we were impressed with the overall condition, cleanliness and amenities, dog area was even clean. Home was off main roads and consistently quiet, dog area had high fences that allowed dogs to enjoy the outdoors/wildlife but were safe. Wife fell in love with the heated bathroom floors. We definitely will be planning another, longer trip in the future.

Perfect Yosemite Getaway

We absolutely loved the Birdhouse! The property is so unique, and it was the perfect place to unwind after long days of hiking and exploring the park. It was also fantastic to be inside the park and to avoid the entry each morning. We loved the hot tub, upgraded bathroom, rustic charm, and creek opposite the spacious deck. It was just my fiance and me, but this property would be great for families.

Couples getaway

When booking our stay, we loved the concept of the cabin and the fact we were not going to be on top of neighboring rentals. When we got there, the birdhouse cabin exceeded our expectations. It was updated, clean and welcoming. The hot tub for evening relaxation was amazing. Come to find out the property is dog friendly. Next time will forsure bring our fur babies. I highly recommend this rental. Everything from Reservations to checking in and checking out was seamless. Had everything neededbfor a comfortable stay. We will absolutely be back again.

Birdhouse in the Park

Perfect 2 night stay in a rustic neighborhood within spectacular Yosemite. Very close to Mariposa Grove, this unique home had everything we needed/wanted and more. Communal sleeping loft with comfy beds upstairs, and open concept living space with well equipped kitchen, huge couch with recliners, woodstove, and updated bathroom with heated tile floor make for perfect park quarters. We enjoyed an evening soak in the hot tub after a long day hike. Our dog felt welcome too! As a VRBO host myself, I would highly recommend this property.

Long weekend in April

Overall a good experience. The good: the location is wonderful, with a general store and small grocery in the neighborhood we wish had been in the listing description. It is close to an amazing waterfall trailhead. The structure is very unique and appears to be well maintained. The not so good: The valve on the propane tank was stuck so we were left to cook steaks in the oven, so that was disappointing. The couch and TV configuration are a little odd and all beds are in the loft, so no privacy, but we expected that. The hot tub filters needed cleaned badly and the water needed changed. The water was cloudy and had a strong odor. The grounds in general could use some attention and cleanup. Although there’s a fire pit in the yard, the book in the cabin said absolutely no exterior fires, even though we were in a low fire hazard time.
