Whether you’re soaking in the private hot tub, challenging friends to a game of pool, or taking in breathtaking views from the expansive deck, Letting Geaux is your sanctuary for unforgettable memories.

Inside, the open-concept main floor features a bright living area with vaulted ceilings and large windows that frame the mountain landscape. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, while the spacious dining area is perfect for gathering with friends or family.

Each of the four bedrooms is comfortably appointed—featuring three queen beds and one double bed—ensuring a restful night’s sleep for all. With three modern bathrooms, everyone has space to unwind.

Downstairs, the entertainment level is built for fun and relaxation, complete with a pool table, yoga mats, a gaming console, and direct access to the private hot tub—ideal for soaking under the stars.

Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air from the expansive deck or relax in the screened-in porch. As a guest, you’ll also have seasonal access to The Nest at Brannon Ridge Reserve’s community amenities, including a pool, fitness center, fire pit, and picnic pavilion.
