My husband is a plumber and he said it was from residue build up in the drain that was making the smell so couldn’t do much about that but we were on the go and not in our room much

Customer service was very poor from beginning to check out. I told the person at the front desk at check in that I had a service animal and received a verbal acknowledgment. When I checked out I double checked to make sure there were no additional charges. When I checked my credit card next day I saw a charge for my service animal. I called the hotel and was told needed to talk to the manager but the manager wasn’t in. I called the next day and the manager was not available. I asked both times the receptionist correct the bill and a few days later they haven’t corrected it.
