Our room was nice and clean, the staff was very very helpful, nice, had answers for any questions we had. It really made our trip worth our stay.

Lot of maintenance needed, place is dirty and scary at night. I had my dog with me and forgot her leash one time so I had to bring her in without the leash. She did not bark or anything but the guy behind the desk yelled at me, kind of understand. The next day, they shut my entry card off just to make me come back to the desk so they could yell at me again about the leash. Not a good place at all and not sure how their reviews are that high. Thinking they may be having friends and family fill out good reviews for them.

AC was not working properly it made so much noise and smell from people smoking outside was going into room. Had no choice but to try and sleep that way. Halls were very dirty
