  • Corner lot in residential neighborhood. Faces a portion of the Youngstown & Southeastern Railway. Slow trains pass 2-3 times per week.

    This is a renovated apartment on the second floor. Main entrance is from the rear porch. There is an exit from the hallway to the front porch. The downstairs unit is a one bedroom that is also on VRBO, Simple Stay.
    Non-Smoking unit.
