"Thank you to Lawrence for the second year having a one night stay in this simply fantastic hotel - the food here is to absolutely die for - I nearly embarrassed myself as I wanted to ask if I could have another steak for dessert! Hope to see you again next year maybe!"

"C'est un hébéergement atypique dans un ancien camp militaire allemand de la seconde guerre. C'est surprenant au départ. L'hébergement était grand, bien rénové, salle de bain un peu exigue. La localisation est très tranquille, très belle : elle donne sur le fjord et se situe dans une forêt. Il y a des villages autour avec chacun son supermarché mais pas de grosse ville. Le lieu est totalement adapté aux pêcheur : location de bateaux ... Possibilités de randonnées autour. Très bon séjour."

"Dieses charmante Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Åfjord. Man hat vom Esstisch und der Terrasse aus einen tollen Blick in den Fjord, auf den Hafen und die Berge.Das Badezimmer ist komplett saniert. Die Einrichtung im übrigen ist authentisch, gepflegt und gemütlich. Wir haben bestens geschlafen und gewohnt. Sørbøvagen hat eine gute Infrastruktur, es gibt einen Landhandel, eine Tankstelle, einen Hafen, eine Badestelle und in näherer Umgebung Wanderwege. Unmittelbar an der Badestelle sind ein Fußball- und Beachvolleyballplatz gerade neu entstanden. Eine Skaterbahn und Wassertrampolin sollen folgen.Im und am Fjord lässt es sich gut baden und angeln.Für die in Reiseführern empfohlenen besonders sehenswerte Orte hat man aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage des Ferienhauses in der Regel einen längeren Anfahrtsweg. Fazit: Wir können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen und uns vorstellen, wieder zu kommen."

"Ein sehr gut geschnittenes und eingerichtetes Blockhaus. Hundefreundliche Umgebung. Viele Aktivitäten möglich. Wir waren Rad fahren, wandern und paddeln und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen."

"Five stars is not enough for the stone cabin in Ortnevik! The one bedroom cabin is so charming. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals and the bed is comfortable. The property is incredibly beautiful and there are interesting hikes right from the cabin. Just a quick walk away you’ll find an amazing wood sculpture garden that will blow your mind. Eldar was very helpful with check in and with advice on where to hike and walk. The small store in town has limited hours but a surprising amount of supplies for a small place. But if you have the option it is likely best to grocery shop in a larger town before arrival. At the cabin I felt I could be away from it all and see the real Norway. Thank you Eldar for sharing your wonderful property with us"
