I checked into my room staff was very friendly. After I walk in my room I closed the door, when suddenly the AC unit cap fell off and a bunch of roaches came crawling out. I immediately went back to the front desk and showed them the pictures that I took of the roaches crawling all over the floor and coming out of the AC unit. They apologize and let me know they were sold out, thankfully, they offered to give me a full refund.

We enjoyed the waffle breakfast. Location was nice. Our room was pretty run down. The floor boards didn’t line up and it was obvious a dog had been in there by all the chew marks. The beds were comfy. We did however need a bedding change during our stay. Called the front office in the morning and when we returned at 5pm it had t been addressed. Called the front office multiple times and the new manager for the evening was super helpful in getting it done. I had told the 1st manager the issue but apparently he didn’t pass on the exact issue so housekeeping didn’t do anything about it. That was super frustrating. The pool is decent but not heated at all. Despite temps of lower 90’s outside the pool was too cold to use. It worked for our trip but not sure we will book again
