Welcome to your perfect desert escape at Casa Gondezma. This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is nestled on nearly one acre and offers a serene, private getaway with stunning mountain views, a pool & spa, and thoughtful amenities throughout.

Please be sure you are booking for the correct number of guests in your party. Each guest beyond 8 is an additional $50/guest/night for the duration of your stay. Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property. Unregistered guests beyond 8 will be added to the booking for the entirety of the trip regardless of number of nights present.


House Rules:
No smoking inside the property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00 We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you. We love celebrations but not confetti! Any confetti left behind will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $150 due to the spread and time consuming nature of capturing it. Absolutely no outdoor confetti. No parties or events. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.

Pets:
We extend a warm welcome to your furry companion! A $50 charge plus a $100 refundable pet deposit will be incurred Per stay. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there is no pet-related damage. We only allow for 1 furry companion at our property. Please ensure that your pets’ waste is disposed of properly on our premises. Additionally, please remember to keep your pets on a leash while outdoors, as you may encounter wildlife. We kindly request that you assume the responsibility for any potential dangers that may arise, as we are not responsible for such occurrences. Sorry no feline friends.

POOL and SPA Use/Rules:
Pool heating is available 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Pool heating needs to start 24 hours prior to your arrival. If you're visiting from spring to late fall, the pool is perfect for day time and early evening use without heating.

Pool heating can be provided at an extra charge $150/day (November - March), $130/day (April-May), $75/day (June-August) $120/day (September-October). The pool and it is heated to approximately 90 degrees. Please notify us at least 24 in advance.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT THE POOL AND SPA RELY ON ONE HEATING SOURCE AND CAN ONLY BE HEATED ONE AT A TIME.

For the safety and sanitation of all pool users, infants are required to wear appropriate swimwear and swimmers while in the pool. Regular diapers are not permitted in the pool, as they can compromise cleanliness.

Please be advised that our pool is located in a desert environment, where dirt, twigs, insects, and leaves are commonplace. Occasionally, you may also encounter
other wildlife in the pool. No glass by the pool. Guests will be charged to drain the pool to remove broken glass. All minors under the age of 14 must be supervised, as there is no lifeguard on duty.

The Spa heating is included with your stay. Spa is on an automatic timer and turn on at 5PM shuts off at 11PM.

Important Pool Equipment Notice:
Please refrain from touching the pool equipment located in the rear of the pool, as any unauthorized contact may disrupt the scheduled program. Failure to comply with this request will result in a fine for the repair of the damaged equipment.


Notes:
This home is on SEPTIC TANK. Pease DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the drain. No wipes, feminine products, towels, hair etc. These things will clog the system and will prevent you from using the shower, sinks and
toilets.

Firewood for the firepit will not be provided but you may purchase it for your own consumption.

Disclosure:
There are cameras outside the property. We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging the cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Any unauthorized interference with the cameras will be taken very seriously. Guests engaging in
such action will face a fine of up to $500.

WILDLIFE:
It is worth noting that rare sightings of snakes, spiders, lizards, roadrunners, various birds, hawks, and coyotes can be observed in the area. The preservation of our wildlife is of utmost importance. Therefore, it is crucial to exercise caution
and refrain from leaving any food or trash outside. Leaving doors open invites the entry of animals, flies, insects, lizards, and other wildlife, potentially disrupting your stay. While we make every effort to keep wildlife outdoors. The surrounding desert is characterized by its untamed and untouched wilderness. Individuals with heightened sensitivities to insects, rodents, and other insects may find this environment unappealing. The house is professionally cleaned after each guest and the premises are managed by pest control, but critters do find their way into the house- it is the desert after all! Please keep doors closed and contact us with any unfriendly visitors.

The owner is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damage to people, pets or
property during the stay.
