• Bedroom 3 & Bedroom 4 are interconnected.

• No shooting and hunting.

• Please be aware this is a desert environment; there are critters around once in awhile.

• High clearance vehicles are highly recommended in the desert; please avoid coming In cars which are too low.

• Please bring your own wood if you intend to use the outdoor firepit.

•Due to the combination of high winds, loose soil/sand in the desert, the cowboy tub will not be prefilled with water to avoid getting the water dirty. Guests are welcome to fill it themselves.

Please notify us 24 hours in advance, if additional service is required to fill the cowboy tub on the day of arrival. (A $60 fee applies).



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets and cabinets that we have locked. The private backyard, and the landscape are available for your exclusive use.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.

Security Deposit ($500 USD)



NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.



Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.



We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.

What a fantastic retreat to use as a home base to explore Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree! I’ve been wanting to check this property out for a while and finally managed to book it. It’s fantastic!The kitchen, living area, bathrooms and bedrooms are all well appointed and the kitchen finishes and shower finishes are real stand-outs!It’s conveniently located off the highway not far off a road, and is paved up to the property. The property is fenced however there are a few gaps, so you’ll want to mind your dogs if you bring them. I really enjoyed the shade the big tree and patio cover provided for relaxing out back in the evenings.The internet worked great, and the various options for lighting, from can to hanging fixtures, made setting the mood a synch. Another great feature is two bedrooms are on each side of the main kitchen/dining and living room area, for those looking for separation with children or traveling with other groups.The AC worked great too!I won’t hesitate to book it again next time I’m out, just a great, fantastic open home with updated touches and a really easy layout.

Wonderful Stay

5/5! We had a wonderful stay. The property was just amazing and relaxing. The house is newly renovated, clean, spacious. Lots of space in this home. Absolutely comfy beds. About 15 minutes drive from entrance of the Joshua Tree National Park, 10 minutes drive to all big grocery supermarkets and fast food options. Loved the outside area, patio, grill outside. We really enjoyed star gazing in the evening and exploring Joshua Tree in the day. The host was also responsive and very helpful with everything. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for an accommodation on near the Joshua national park.
