The Space:

Every detail of this Yucca Mesa home was carefully and meticulously designed with custom finishes and appointments.



Very bright and spacious (2,120 sq ft) sleeps 12 comfortably. Open concept living room / kitchen area, with 2 couches. Sliding door leading to the hammocks, and adjacent to fully equipped kitchen which boasts new cooktop and large air fryer (no oven available yet), Samsung Bespoke refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and large butcher block with indoor dining table for 6.



The main bedroom has a custom hanging King bed and an en-suite bathroom, which includes a shower. There are 2 other large bedrooms, with each containing a King bed. Bedroom 4 has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds total). Bedroom 5 is the pool house with separate entrance and queen size couch sofa. This home was built and decorated with attention to every detail.



Enjoy the huge Olympic size pool, infrared sauna, and hot tub in the backyard or just sit outside and sip on a cup of coffee and appreciate the serene peace and breathtaking views of the desert and mountains. There is also a fire pit, hammocks, BBQ, and outdoor seating for 10-12. The property is on 5 private and serene acres in Yucca Mesa.



Home also includes a custom enclosed area that can be used as event space, parking, etc.

Temperature can be controlled through Nest thermostat but the ac tends to make the bedrooms much colder than the rest of the house.

Other Things to Note:

Guest count must be accurate. You can add more guests (up to 15) or remove guests if needed, but your final guest count must be accurate at time of check-in and is monitored by hosts. Groups over 10 guests must be manually requested and carry an extra per night charge for each guest over 10. This is to offset extra wear and tear on house from additional guests or larger groups.



The house has a septic system, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper and try to use as little toilet paper as possible!



There are plenty of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants within 5-15 miles so you don’t have to worry if you forgot something.



The Dorado Ranch is located in the high desert of California. Joshua Trees are protected and under no circumstances should you physically touch, move, or come in contact with a Joshua Tree. You may encounter animals like coyotes, snakes, bobcats during your time in Joshua Tree. Please understand any encounter with plant or wildlife comes at your own risk.





It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas and other outside accessories MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas or accessories are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.



Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.

Loud Music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated.
