Excellent location Quaint yet modern amenities We rented bikes in the mid afternoon and rode towards the east part of the lake —wonderful sunset over the lake And the 5:30 am bike tour of the west part of the lake was perfectly timed to capture sunrise over the lake

Hotel quality rooms and accommodation but feels like staying in someone's home. Homey breakfast, family run atmosphere, and a great personalized sunrise bike tour. Highly recommend! But may not be for travelers who don't like being constricted by rules (no eating in rooms, quiet hours, etc) but you are basically staying in someone's house so be respectful.

Great location to access to biking, boating and restaurants. Well run and very helpful owner. Don’t miss out the sun rise bike ride guide tour. It’s one of the kinds. The lake, mountains and morning mist is the world class.

Lovely stay

We had a very enjoyable stay. The location was convenient as it's across the street from the boat dock and staff was helpful and friendly. The owner took us out for a sunrise bike tour along the lake and it was the highlight of our trip to Sun Moon Lake.
