因為是寵物友善飯店，兩了兩隻可愛的貓，來到飯店就有度假感，距離纜車跟伊達邵碼頭都很近，飯店後面就是環湖步道了

早上八點左右會有垃圾車經過，會在意的住客要考量一下，床和枕頭很舒服，房間打掃很乾淨，室內可移動的桌子比較小一點，值得一住。

1.空調無法設定溫度，跟櫃台反應後，給的答案居然是他們就是這樣，無法調到我想要的溫度，如太冷的話請我關掉空調開窗吹自然風。一夜睡下來，我的小孩感冒了。 2.早餐食物補充的很慢，收拾也不快，看似人手不足。

位置絕佳，服務親切

位置絕佳的日月潭住宿，離纜車站、伊達邵碼頭、小吃街都非常近，走行可到非常棒。面湖房的小陽台可以看到部分湖景，讓人很發鬆。空調似乎沒有暖氣，晚上會有點涼。停車場位置不太夠，會需要留Key讓服務人員幫忙停車。前台服務人都相當親切，自助早餐普通，位置稍少。
