"別府駅からも近く、とてもきれいで新しいアパートホテルでした。家族旅行で利用しましたが、ベッドも快適で、キッチンに冷蔵庫も電子レンジも調理器具食器もひと通り揃っており、次は長期滞在で利用したいと思いました。洗濯機と浴室乾燥もありました。私は旅行中に家族４人分の洗濯物を干したくなかったので、山側に徒歩４分のところにあったコインランドリーで乾燥だけ利用しました。駐車場は、駅とホテルの中間辺りにあるコインパーキングを利用しました。１２時間６００円でした。別府駅まで５分ほど歩くと、コンビニもお土産やさんもパン屋さんも美味しいコーヒーやさんやレストランもあって便利でした。今どきの無人チェックインシステムだったので、スマホを持っていない高齢者には少し難しいかも。セキュリティはちゃんとしていて安心でした。"

"The noise insulation is incredibly poor. We were able to hear every foot step from the unit above. Even worse, the people in the unit above decided the run around and blast music late into the evening/early morning, and since there is no one on site, the hotel can only message them.
