Great place to stay

Other than some confusion at check-in we had a great stay. Centrally located and quiet neighborhood. Nice back patio. We'll stay again if it's available on the next trip to Yuma.

Perfect

Perfect location. Each br had its own bathroom which made it great for us. Wish the weather had been warmer so we could have tried the pool. Hope to stay here if we come back to Yuma. Thank you

It was clean, quiet and felt safe. It was exactly as the description & pictures stated. The host met us at the home when we arrived, gave us the door code & explained everything we needed to know. It was a pleasant experience, thank you!

The property was a little older, but it was nice. They went out of their way to make it welcoming and clean. There was a Homie feeling to it. I didn’t wanna leave. I hope that next year I can stay there again.

Beautiful landscaping

The property & grounds are beautiful! Palm trees, grass, flowers & even orange & grapefruit trees. The pool is huge. The weather didn't cooperate for us, but the few times we swam was great. THE LAYOUT OF THE CONDO WAS PERFECT.

Somewhat tired looking, both bathrooms could use new sinks and countertops. Although liked that both bedrooms had ensuites. Beds very comfortable. Patio & outdoor table & chairs could use a sprucing up. Great communication with the owner. ok value for the money.

Looking forward to our next stay.

Our hostess was exceptional on communications and the property was all we expected. I have relatives in Yuma and love visiting the desert area. I enjoy the freedom and wide open spaces to explore. The Imperial Sand Dunes west of Yuma are a sight to see but leave your firearm in AZ. CA is like that. Don't forget to visit the Senator's Wash lake, the Yuma Territorial Prison, and the Peanut Patch at 4322 E County 13th St. while you're there. Their home grown fresh dates are a big as your thumb and the ice cream is to die for.

Nice, quiet, convenient

We were in Yuma for 4 days visiting family and this condo was a nice and comfortable place to stay. It was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed like sheets and towels, kitchen utensils etc. The complex had a beautiful pool with huge palm trees and grapefruit trees, and was in a nice quiet area. The only hiccup was at check-in. I was told that someone would meet me, but they didn’t show…and then the code I was sent didn’t work. After some messaging back and forth we were in, though, so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect location

We were centrally located near all restaurants shops and fun adventures. The owner was so helpful and on top of any questions I had! The place was spotless a/c perfect and the pool was paradise! I would definitely stay again!

Had a nice stay , had issues with door code but Blanca sorted that out straight away, the tv didn’t work but Blanca figured that out too, it was okay the place could do with some updates and lots of crumbs etc but overall was a decent place and would stay again the hosts are wonderful

Girls Golf Trip

This was the perfect property for our purposes. It was minutes away from the golf course (in fact, we could walk there)! The property was well appointed and provided everything we needed! I recommend this property.

We enjoyed the property very much. Quiet and calm so we could rest easy. The small bathroom needs some cosmetic repair but everything was functional and the overall experience was excellent. We do recommend the property.

The unit smelled of cigarette smoke, mold in bath tubs, cigarette burned bath countertops, crack webbed bathroom sinks, terrible old mattresses, light switch inop in rear bedroom, bedding old and thin, and the host actually lives in Los Vegas not Yuma! Outside trash cans full of smelly dirty diapers and trash! Potholed street ( driveway) still trying to get my refund I did not stay in this property I had to find a hotel in Winterhaven, California!
