"The hotel was excellent, right outside the train station that brings you straight to Tokyo Disney Resort or to Tokyo Station.

The staff was very helpful as well.

"We were given a smoking room despite no mention of it being one and both guests have asthma, we got a new room but it was a hassle to deal with as we had a language barrier. Every guest checking in on the same day wasnt allowed into their room before 3pm despite all the rooms ready, obviously that makes sense for checking in time but when we all could go up it cause a huge 15-20min delay with a single small elevator, but the rooms were ready so it was just so inconvenient. "The room was quite spacious and comfortable for a family of two adults and two kids, with more than enough space to move around. Everything was clean and well maintained, which made our stay very pleasant. We really enjoyed the breakfast—there are two restaurant options to choose from: one located on level one and another on level two just outside the hotel. Both offer slightly different menus, which gave us some variety during our stay.
One small downside was the laundry room. The washer and dryer are combined into a single machine, which takes quite a long time to use, and the pricing felt rather expensive for what it offered.
In terms of location, the hotel is very convenient. It’s right next to a train station and within walking distance to the nearest shopping mall, making it easy to get around and find food or essentials.
Overall, it was a great experience and a comfortable stay for families."
"Overall, it was a great hotel, really good and clean room and it had everything that you would want. Only thing was that it's a bit far away from the city and all the attractions, but otherwise great breakfast and staff!"
"This room is incredibly comfortable and perfect for a family of four. It’s conveniently located near 7-Eleven, which is a great place to stock up on essentials and other items you might need during your first few days in Japan. As a first-time visitor, it was crucial for us to avoid sensory overload and ease into our trip. Staying here allowed us to relax and unwind in a peaceful, quiet area instead of the bustling downtown district. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a slower pace to start their trip while still having great accommodations. On a side note, the pharmacy and grocery store are both within a two-minute walk, which was very helpful when two of our family members fell ill. "
