Our stay at MONday Apart Premium Ueno was wonderful from start to finish. The staff provided outstanding customer service and always made us feel comfortable and genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, patient, and happy to help, especially when giving us directions and recommendations for getting around Tokyo.
The room was spotless, well maintained, and equipped with excellent amenities that made our stay feel like home. The hotel's modern appearance and attention to detail created a relaxing atmosphere.
The location is fantastic—it's close to many popular sightseeing spots, local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it easy to explore the city.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend MONday Apart Premium Ueno to anyone visiting Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for tranquility in the middle of a big city, this hotel is for you! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the gardens on the property were incredible. Beds are smaller and harder than expected but we made them work. The only other thing that I didn’t care for was having to pay to use the pool. That was strange…so we only went one time, which was a bummer.
