"We came to Zen and Pine Resort to hike Mt. Yushan. Although that wasn’t possible due to road closure, on the manager’s advice, we instead visited nearby Sun Moon Lake and hiked Mt. Shuishe, which was amazing and rescued our whole trip. I can’t say enough good things about the management of this property. "There was less than a quarter bag of toilet paper when we arrived . Everything felt damp. It’s obvious that owner tried to make everything clean but the property is just old. Check in process was less than desirable. If it weren’t because the owner just happed to drop in we wouldn’t know how to get in to the lobby. Check out was easy. We just had to drop the key in the basket."
