"The pool -which unfortunately I did not use ,looked nice and had warm water . Personnel work very hard, especially people from the kitchen to have warm food for us in the morning. Staff is very helpful. The hotel location is the best right in el centro histórico ."

"I would like to give 5 stars for this hotel, however that wouldn’t be totally accurate. The 5 stars aspect of the hotel are, friendly staff, pretty good breakfast, very comfortable beds, and the room had plenty of space (we had the Master Suite). The 3 & 4 star aspect of the hotel are, not so great location, the windows to our suite were only meters from the rail road track, the hotel is old (and it shows even though pretty well maintained), and if your not quick enough to book the jacuzzi and sauna at the spa you’re out of luck. Overall, we enjoyed our six night stay, and yes, we would probably stay again."

"Front desk attendant took our luggage from our vehicle parked outside to the outside of our room door upstairs. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Had a balcony with great view of the fountain. Hotel was quiet. We had chilaquiles for breakfast. Cooked to order. Food was great. The waiter was very professional. First time staying here and will definitely stay here again."
