"Il Sentiero was a wonderful surprise. It is a very serene and picturesque agriturismo with tons of olive and lemon trees. Owner/operator Salvo is a very hospitable and lovely person. We chose to eat there each evening, and he never failed to provide us with tasty meals. We highly recommend this place for visitors to the Catania area. It is located about 40 minutes north of the airport, close to an autostrada exit, and is convenient for visiting places such as Mt. Etna, Taormina, and Messina."

"Loved it! Probably the best value for your money. Conveniently located if you want to tour Taormina, a 15 minute drive to Lumbi parking lot from where you can get a free bus ride to Taormina. Amazing breakfast, super clean, and friendly service. A bit hard to find as the reception of the hotel is kind of hidden in a semi basement entrance within a building complex that can be very busy during peak season (summer). Walking distance from the beach. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again. "

"This is a charming, lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh meats, eggs, and sweets. The location is excellent, just down the curving road from Taormina. I highly recommend staying here as this was a relaxing and enjoyable part of our visit to Sicily. I would definitely return!"
