Solid stay but old rooms

Solid hotel but the rooms are old. There’s air conditioning and it gets the room super chilly which is important in a hot city.

The hotel is very nice, parking was available, staff was friendly, room was clean and I felt safe. Hotel is walking distance to the party venue. Breakfast was included, with custom omelet, local mango juice & fresh fruits.

the hotel is convenient and comfortable, with pleasant staff. Avoid the rooms that face on to the main street because of the traffic noise, but the front desk people moved me immediately on request to a back room. I will definitely stay here again.

Better quality of room for the same money, good on-site dining, convenient place to stay for events at the event center, the shower has plenty of warm water. The only downside was that the room I had was next to the street and there was a lot of traffic noise, but another traveler had a room on the other side of the building and dnd’t have any issues. Over all good value.

Staff was excellent ! Suggest checking rooms and fixing issues . We had to move because room card controller broke down and replacement needed to be programmed but no programmer. Suggested that they fix the buffer warmers for breakfast since food was cold , needs to be hot also prevents spoilage .

Staff were kind and helpful, but the hotel is quite old and in need of maintenance. When we first checked into the bridal suite, the smell was awful — like a dead rat covered up with air freshener. Thankfully, we were able to switch to a junior suite, which didn’t have the smell, but the ceiling was peeling and showed signs of AC condensation. On the plus side, the air conditioning worked really well, and breakfast was decent. The room was also a bit noisy since it was close to the road. A standout was the front desk staff — they were superb when we checked out, which left a positive impression. However, overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless some major improvements were made.

Temper your expectations. Room was dirty, wallpaper missing and stickers on ceiling. Shower leaked into the bathroom so you're standing in water most of the time you are getting ready. Staff was great, but the property was a disappointment.

Staff was very friendly. Had air conditioner not working, took 3 phone calls and almost 4 hours to finally resolve. The room was clean. Property needs to update plumbing fixtures. Corrosion due to very hard water and water pressure was very low. The wifi was very slow and kept dropping. Limited transportation available.
